To access RSvS alarms, select Active Alarms from the StoreVirtual main menu.

Description
Password required to access the proxy server.
Re-enter the password for verification
Description
RSvS service not enabled.
This message appears for one of the following
reasons:
•
Customer contact information is either not entered
or partially entered.
•
A selection was not made indicating that HPE or
partners could contact you to suggest
optimizations.
•
Entitlement information could not be acquired
from the system.
There are connectivity issues such as:
•
Proxy server or Hewlett Packard Enterprise URL
is not reachable.
•
DNS is not configured properly.
Device is under maintenance.
Device is not registered.
RSvS service is not started or the RSvS
configuration file is malformed.
•
After the device is registered, the customer
contact information is either removed or partially
removed.
•
Device is registered and there are connectivity
issues such as either the Proxy Server or the
Hewlett Packard Enterprise URL is not reachable.
