Installing the gateway in the rack Use these instructions to install the N7x50T series gateway in the rack. CAUTION: The weight of this part or unit is more than 55 kg (121.2 lb). Attaching the cable management arms Using the following instructions, attach a cable management arm to each N7x50T series controller module and Input/Output expansion module. The cable management arm attachment steps are the same for either controller or Input/Output expansion modules. 1.
Note: The N7x50T series storage system has no requirement or provision for grounding. Connecting the N7x50T series gateway to a network Use the following information to connect the N7x50T series gateway to a network. Figure 8 on page 10 identifies the ports on your N7x50T series gateway. Refer to Figure 8 on page 10 for information about how to connect the gateway to the network.
