This mode is convenient when you are in a hurry to make a few copies and the machine is in the middle of a copy/print job outputting copies in large quantities.

It makes copies by erasing the background color of the original except for the image areas. You can set the type of automatic exposure adjustment with the [IMAGE QUALITY ADJ.] key in the Special Fea- tures screen.
