Ambient thermal sensor
The ambient thermal sensor is located near the front of the computer.
1.
Prepare the computer for disassembly
2.
Remove the access panel
3.
Lift the rubber cover from the sensor (1).
4.
Disconnect the cable from the system board, and then lift the sensor out of the computer (2).
To install the ambient thermal sensor, reverse the removal procedure.
