RTC battery
Before removing the RTC battery, follow these steps:

Prepare the computer for disassembly

Remove the RTC battery:

Disconnect the battery cable from the system board (1).
2.
Lift the battery out of the computer (2). The battery is secured with adhesive.
Reverse this procedure to install the RTC battery
