Configuration of Screen Saver Settings with

Soft Keys on the SPA500 and SPA300 Series

IP Phones

Objective

The screen saver is a power saver mode that preserves the life of the phone screen after the

phone has been inactive for a certain period of time. The screen saver can be personalized

with a background image chosen by the user that can be uploaded through the web

interface.

The objective of this document is to explain how to configure the screen saver settings on

the SPA500 and SPA300 Series IP Phones.

Configuration of Screen Saver Settings

Step 1. Press the Setup button on the IP Phone and choose Screen Saver Mode.

Step 2. Use the navigation buttons to choose Enable Screen Saver and press Edit.

Step 3. Use the Y/N button to enable or disable the screen saver. If you disable the screen

saver, skip to Step 11.
