Bei den deutschsprachigen Kapiteln dieser Anleitung handelt es sich um die HINWEIS ORIGINALBETRIEBSANLEITUNG, die rechtlich relevant ist. Sicherheit Sicherheitshinweise Reparaturarbeiten dürfen nur bei ausgeschalteter Dosierpumpe vorgenommen werden. Bei Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten an Teilen, die mit Reiniger oder Desinfektionsmittel in Berührung kommen, sind wegen der Verätzungsgefahr geeignete Schutzkleidung und eine Schutzbrille zu tragen. Vor allen Reparaturarbeiten muss die Spannungsversorgung unterbrochen werden. Funktion und Bedienung Funktionsbeschreibung Durch zwei federbelastete Membranen werden folgende Funktionen realisiert: a) Druckhaltefunktion Schutz gegen Leersaugen bei Unterdruck in der Dosierleitung bzw. gegen Leerhebern durch Erzeugung eines künstlichen Gegendrucks. Abb. 4.1 Bei Normalbetrieb muss zum Durchgang in die Dosierleitung durch den Förderdruck der Dosierpumpe ein Membranventil gegen einen voreingestellten Federdruck von 1 bar aufgedrückt werden. -

Einstellen Gegendruck (Druckhaltefunktion) Der Gegendruck ist werkseitig auf 1 bar + 20 % eingestellt. Wird ein anderer Druck benötigt, kann die Einstellung wie folgt vorgenommen werden: Abdeckscheibe (Pos. 10) am Betätigungsknopf der Druckhaltefunktion per Hand oder mit einem kleinen Schraubenzieher entfernen. Function and Use Functional Description The following functions are done by two spring loaded diaphragms: a) Pressure holding function Protection against sucking empty at under pressure or empty lifting due to creation of an artificial counter pressure.
